TABA talked about Rohingya

TABA Disaster Management Cluster had a session with partner organizations who are working on ground for Rohingyan Refugees in Bangladesh. Kawish Welfare Trust, Alkhidmat Foundation, Human Relief Foundation, Human Appeal Foundation, Allah Waley Trust, Mile Stone, The NGO World, Al Hijrah School Trust, Qarshi Foundation, Naim Un Naseer Welfare Trust, Falah Foundation, Waseela Foundation, CYTE Foundation, Ganj Bakhsh Hospital, Al Ehsan Hospital, Pakistan Citizen Alliance, Hasb Un Rahman, FAIDA Foubdation and Aqua Safe Foundation participated in coordination meeting.

President Kawish Welfare Trust Ammar Ahmad Tarin and Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan Vice President Waqas Waheed shared their valuable experience and requirements at Refugees Camps and the efforts being put in by both organizations, great work indeed.

All organizations pledged to work in close coordination for Relief Efforts to avoid duplication of goods, time and resources.

Al Khidmat and Kawish to lead this joint venture INSHALLAH. A joint need assessment is in process and relief efforts shall be channelized shortly.

Founder & Serving TABA Brigadier Asif Mahmood Minhas (Retd) explained at length as to how this joint venture shall take place. He announced and donated 1 M for the brothers & sisters in crisis.

Major General Obaid Bin Zakria (Retd) Vice Chancellor Garrison University Lahore graced this session and offered University complete resources to TABA for this campaign. He truly appreciated efforts of all organizations working for Rohingya Refugees.

At the end of session. TABA and Al Khidmat Foundation Pakistan signed MOU to work hand in hand with all TABA partners.
